4. App Usage

For mobile apps we publish:

• You agree to the End-User License Agreement (EULA) applicable per platform
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with our apps
• You agree not to use our apps for any illegal activity

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables, designs, and source code developed under a project shall remain the property of Secinverse Lab until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed. Post final payment:

• The client will receive ownership/license rights as stated in the agreement

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secinverse Lab shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Data loss or security breach due to external hosting or third-party tools
• Downtime due to third-party platforms (e.g., AWS, Firebase, Play Store)

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website or services if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in unethical or illegal behavior
• Payment terms are violated

8. Governing Law
